The Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council is the recognized owner of the land on the Bherwerre Peninsula. WBACC is made up of registered members of the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council and their children, the majority of whom live in the Wreck Bay Village, Jervis Bay Village and the towns and villages of the Shoalhaven.
