All new staff members are provided with an induction on our Code of Conduct, including our corporate values and governance. They are required to sign a copy of the Code to declare they accept its provisions and commit to upholding them. We regularly update the Code and other ethics policies, which can be accessed via Tourism Australia’s intranet. We also publish ethics policies on our corporate site in the ‘About us’ section. Ongoing training programs are also available for staff.
In addition, all members of the Global Leadership Team are required to complete an annual compliance questionnaire.
