The Freedom of Information Act 1982 provides the public with a general right of access to documents, subject to some exemptions, held by Australian Government agencies including the Harbour Trust. Information Publication Scheme

Under Part 11 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982, the Harbour Trust is required to publish information to the public as part of the Information Publication Scheme (IPS).
