In 2018-19, SBS adapted its digital marketing approach in response to market shifts. This included changing the programmatic buying model, embracing agile working and an increased emphasis on the customer journey. Personalisation through customer relationship management (CRM), an evolution of social strategy and driving content discovery through search engine optimisation (SEO) were also focuses.
