3. KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL REMUNERATION

Key management personnel are those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the entity, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of that entity. The entity has determined the key management personnel to be the Directors of the RAAF Welfare Recreational Company (as Trustee of the RAAF Central Welfare Trust Fund).

a. from the RAAF Welfare Recreational Company or any related party in connection with the management of the RAAF Welfare Recreational Company, or

b. from the RAAF Welfare Recreational Company in connection with the management of a related party.
