The annual performance statement has been prepared in accordance with paragraph 39(1)(a) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (the PGPA Act) for the 2018-19 financial year and accurately presents OPC’s performance in accordance with subsection 39(2) of that Act.
