TERMS OF REEFERENCE

The Council Governance Committee’s Terms of Reference were endorsed by Council at
its 6 December 2019 meeting. The functions of the committee include providing advice
to Council on the internal operations of the Council, and consideration of performance of the
Director-General within the framework outlined by the Remuneration Tribunal for Principal
Executive Officers.
