Section 17ABA of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 requires that as soon as practicable after the annual report for a non‑corporate Commonwealth entity has been presented to the Parliament, the annual report must be published using the digital reporting tool administered by the Finance Minister. Accordingly, an electronic copy of this Annual Report is available at https://www.transparency.gov.au/ as well as the Council’s website at http://ncc.gov.au/.
