The total number of key management personnel that are included in the above table is 3 (2018: 4).
1. The above key management personnel remuneration excludes the remuneration and other benefits of the Portfolio Minister and Executive Director. The Portfolio Minister's remuneration and other benefits are set by the Remuneration Tribunal and are not paid by the entity. The Executive Director is appointed pursuant to the MOU between the ACCC and NCC where expenditure is incurred as part of the agreement.
