Audit and risk committee

The Audit and Risk Committee was established on 15 March 2013. The Audit and Risk Committee comprises the following directors2:

  • Andrew Harrison (appointed chair on 12 December 2018)
  • Ray Wilson (appointed 26 May 2016)
  • Christine Holman (appointed 12 December 2018)
  • Erin Flaherty (appointed 25 June 2019)

2 Claire Filson was chair of the committee from 4 December 2015 until 12 December 2018. Paul Binsted was a committee member from 12 December 2015 until 7 May 2019.
