Appendix E: Executive remuneration disclosure
The categories of officials covered by the disclosure are:
- key management personnel
- senior executives, and
- other highly paid employees, whose total remuneration exceeds the threshold remunerations amount of $225,000 for the reporting period. There were no employees who reached this threshold in 2019–20.
Key management personnel
During the reporting period ended 30 June 2020, the Clean Energy Regulator had 14 executives who met the definition of key management personnel. Their names and length of term as key management personnel are summarised in Table 23 below.
