Translating and interpreting assistance

AUSTRAC provides free access to translation and interpreting service to assist people from divers backgrounds to understand and meet their obligations to AUSTRAC.

AUSTRAC uses TIS National, an interpreting service provided by the Department of Home Affairs, for people who do not speak English, and English speakers who need to communicate with them.

To access the translation service, call during our Contact operating hours on 131 450 and ask for AUSTRAC on 1300 021 037. There is no charge for this service.
