Appendix 1: AITSL organisational structure

 Board and Board Committees (Audit and Risk Committee; Finance Committee; Remuneration Committee; School Leadership and Expert Standing Committee; Teacher Education Expert Standing Committee; Teacher Qualifications Expert Standing Committee) and Chief Executive Officer, Mark Grant and employees reporting to him (General Counsel and Company Secretary, Ms Lisa Molloy; Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr Edmund Misson; Chief Financial Officer, Mr Donald Abell; General Manager, Corporate, Ms Dianne Jickell; General Manager, Teaching and School Leadership, Mr Daniel Pinchas, General Manager, Evidence and Impact, Mr Xian-Zhi Soon).

During the reporting period there were no changes to AITSL’s organisational structure.

During the 2019–20 financial year there were no changes to AITSL’s organisational structure.

Staffing as at 30 June 2020:

  • Full-time equivalent: 72.61
  • Full-time employees: 58
  • Part-time employees: 14
  • Casual employees: 0
  • Gender: 60 females (68.97%); 27 males (31.03%)
  • Staff locations: Two staff members work remotely, one from the Northern Territory and one from South Australia. All remaining staff are based in Melbourne.
