Performance criteria
The report on our performance criteria for 2018/19 (Table 1) is divided into the four Strategic Directions outlined in the AIFS Corporate Plan 2018/19 to 2021/22:

Note: During the reporting period, we changed our performance measurement framework and we are no longer reporting on stakeholder satisfaction.
