Introductory Statement

INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT As the Accountable Authority of the Australian Human Rights Commission, I present the 2018–2019 annual performance statement of the Commission. This is required under section 39(1)(a) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (Cth). In my opinion, these annual performance statements are based on properly maintained records, accurately reflect the performance of the entity and comply with section 39(2) of the Act.
