Organisational Structure

The Commission is a national independent statutory body established under the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986 (Cth).

 The Senior Policy Executive for Human Rights and Strategy and the Senior Policy Executive for Partnerships and International Engagement (who jointly manage policy and programs) Director of Education, Engagement and Partnerships (who manages the Commission's public-facing activity, such as communications and human rights training/facilitation) General-Counsel (who manages the Legal team) Chief Financial Officer (who manages Financial Services) Director of Human Resources (who manages Human Resources) Chief Information Officer (who manages Information and Communications Technology Services) Senior Executive, Investigation and Conciliation Service (who manages the National Information Service and the Investigation and Conciliation Service).
