Organisational structure

The ABCC has an office in each state and territory. Staff in each region have responsibility for compliance activities, investigations through to legal proceedings, local stakeholder engagement and education.

From 8 July 2020, a change in executive responsibilities saw Deputy Commissioner Jepson take on the role of Deputy Commissioner Operations, with Deputy Commissioner Pettit becoming responsible for the agency’s corporate functions. Following Deputy Commissioner Pettit’s resignation, the Deputy Commissioner Corporate position remains vacant. The structure during the reporting period is outlined in Figure 1.
