The following results show the ABCC’s achievements for the criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) set out in the ABCC Corporate Plan 2019–20 and the PBS 2019–20.
The ABCC achieved seven out of eight of its KPIs for the reporting period.
Strategic objective 1: Provide tools and resources that promote understanding and compliance
Performance criterion 1
Target of 75 per cent of surveyed stakeholders who indicate that tools and resources provided by the ABCC have improved their understanding of workplace rights and responsibilities.

Results against performance criterion 5
The average time taken to assess enterprise agreements for compliance with the Building Code 2016 was two weeks.
The agency assessed 1,640 enterprise agreements, 125 sets of individual clauses, and 425 workplace relations management plans for compliance with the Building Code 2016.
