Information Publication Scheme

Entities subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1982 are required to publish information to the public as part of the Information Publication Scheme. This requirement is set out in section 8 of the Act. The department’s section 8 statement and a plan showing the information we publish in accordance with the Scheme requirements is available on the department’s website.
