1. In accordance with the Administrative Arrangements Order of 29 May 2019, industrial relations programs and functions were transferred from the Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business.
2. In accordance with the Administrative Arrangements Order of 10 May 2018, the Independent National Security Legislation Monitor Act 2010 and the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 were assumed from the Department of the Prime the Minister and Cabinet. Prior year appropriation totalling $0.245m was transferred from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet to the Attorney-General’s Department in 2018–19.
3. In accordance with the Intelligence Services Amendment (Establishment of the Australian Signals Directorate) Act 2018 of 1 July 2018, various cyber security-related functions including the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) Australia functions were transferred to the Australian Signals Directorate.
4. In accordance with the Administrative Arrangements Orders of 20 December 2017 and 10 May 2018, national security, commonwealth emergency management, natural disaster relief and Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment programs and functions were transferred to the Department of Home Affairs.
5. The net assets assumed from all entities was $6.387m (2018–19: $0.245m).
