On behalf of the directors of the Army and Air Force Canteen Service, I have pleasure in submitting our annual report for the year ending 30 June 2019.

The directors are responsible under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013

for the preparation and content of the report of operations in accordance with the Finance Minister’s rule made under that Act.

The report of operations was made in accordance with a resolution of the directors on 27August 2019.
